Classic fajita recipe with a gluten free spicy seasoning.
Ingredients:
- 2 Warburtons Gluten Free White Wraps
- 1 tbs low fat mayonnaise
- 1 Chicken breast - thinly sliced
- ½ a red pepper - finely chopped
- ½ a green pepper - finely chopped
- ½ yellow pepper - finely chopped
- ½ red onion - finely chopped
- 1 Gluten free spicy seasoning
- 1 Olive oil
Method:
- Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and add the thinly sliced chicken breast, cook thoroughly until golden brown.
- Add the finely chopped red, green and yellow peppers and the red onion and continue frying for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle over a little of the gluten free spicy seasoning.
- Place the Warburtons Gluten Free Wraps smooth side up, divide mixture equally and arrange across the centre of each Wrap, fold and serve immediately.
- Choose a gluten-free salsa, guacamole or sour cream dip, and enjoy!
