You will need

1 Warburtons Gluten Free Pitta

½ packet halloumi

1 tbsp honey

½ tsp chilli flakes

Cucumber

Cherry tomatoes

Red onion

Avocado

Fresh mint

Tzaziki

Fresh Pomegranate

Method

  1. Slice your halloumi and brush the honey and chilli on top.
  2. Heat a frying pan to a medium heat. Fry the halloumi on both sides until golden brown and caramelised.
  3. Add all of the salad ingredients, halloumi and tzatziki to a chopping board and chop until finely diced and well mixed together.
  4. Scoop this mixture into the pitta, and add some extra halloumi and mint on top for some extra texture.
