You will need

1 Warburtons Gluten Free Pitta

Drizzle extra virgin olive oil

Couple sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only

1 tbs finely grated parmesan

Soup or salad of your choice

Method

  1. Drizzle a small amount of oil over the pitta and rub over both sides. Cut the pitta in half then cut each half into 3 fingers
  2. Sprinkle with the thyme leaves then place in the air fryer basket
  3. Top with the grated cheese (they don’t need much) and carefully close the air fryer without shaking all the cheese off!
  4. Cook at 180oC for about 4 minutes (checking after 2 minutes as all air fryers are different) until the cheese is melted and starting to turn crispy and golden
  5. To oven cook, place the fingers on a baking tray and cook in the oven at 180oC for about 7 minutes. To grill, place on a baking tray and pop under a medium grill for 2-3 minutes (make sure the grill isn’t too hot)
  6. Serve with a bowl of soup or a big salad for a tasty lunch
