You will need

6 Warburtons Gluten Free Pittas

1 tin crushed tomatoes / polpa

1 tsp tomato puree

Pinch salt and pepper

1/2 tsp dried oregano

Mozzarella – 1 bag grated or 2 balls fresh, chopped

Toppings of your choice such as pepperoni and sliced fresh chillies, ham with sweety drop peppers and fresh basil, or red onion with sliced peppers, olives and pesto

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180oC
  2. In a bowl mix together the crushed tomatoes, tomato puree, salt, pepper and oregano. Prepare all your toppings
  3. Place the pittas onto two baking trays. Spread a little tomato sauce over each one then scatter over the mozzarella. Add your toppings (keep the fresh basil and pesto to add after cooking).
  4. Bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starting to turn golden
