You will need

6 Slices of Warburtons Gluten Free White Loaf

6 Tbs of passata (or ready made pizza sauce / topping)

A pinch of oregano

A pinch of sea salt and black pepper

2 Handfuls of grated mixed cheese (we like mozzarella and red cheddar mix)

Few cherry tomatoes, sliced

Few slices of small pepperoni

Fresh red or green chilli, finely sliced

Few fresh basil leaves for garnish

Method

  1. Toast the bread lightly on both sides under the grill (or leave one side un-toasted if you prefer it softer under the topping)
  2. Add the oregano, salt and pepper to the passata and mix then spread a spoonful over each of the slices of toast. Top with a little cheese and spread evenly (don’t add too much as it won’t melt properly). Add your toppings.
  3. Turn the grill down to medium/low and cook the pizza toasts gently until the cheese is melted and golden. Scatter over the basil leaves and enjoy.
