Method
- Drain the tuna and tip into a bowl. Add the spring onions, green pepper, chives and grated chilli cheese and mix well
- Carefully split the pittas down one of the long sides and open up the pockets. Fill with the tuna and cheese mix
- Heat a little oil and butter in a frying pan over a medium low heat and place the stuffed pittas into the pan.
- Fry gently for about 3 minutes then carefully turn over and cook the other side for another 3 minutes or until the cheese is melting and the pittas are golden brown
- Cut in half and serve with a side salad
