You will need

2 Warburtons Gluten Free Pittas

1 tin tuna in spring water

2 spring onions, finely sliced

1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced

Few fresh chives, chopped

2 large handfuls grated chilli cheese / spicy cheese

Little oil and butter for frying

Method

  1. Drain the tuna and tip into a bowl. Add the spring onions, green pepper, chives and grated chilli cheese and mix well
  2. Carefully split the pittas down one of the long sides and open up the pockets. Fill with the tuna and cheese mix
  3. Heat a little oil and butter in a frying pan over a medium low heat and place the stuffed pittas into the pan.
  4. Fry gently for about 3 minutes then carefully turn over and cook the other side for another 3 minutes or until the cheese is melting and the pittas are golden brown
  5. Cut in half and serve with a side salad
