2 hash browns

Method

  1. Cook your hash browns to the packet instructions, then slice your cherry tomatoes and avocado.
  2. Put your tomatoes into the oven for 10 minutes and cover in a little olive oil, salt & pepper.
  3. Then, pan fry your vegan bacon, when your hash browns and tomatoes are nearly ready, to make sure it’s still hot for serving
  4. Layer up all your ingredients on top of your roll & ENJOY
