Method
- Cook your hash browns to the packet instructions, then slice your cherry tomatoes and avocado.
- Put your tomatoes into the oven for 10 minutes and cover in a little olive oil, salt & pepper.
- Then, pan fry your vegan bacon, when your hash browns and tomatoes are nearly ready, to make sure it’s still hot for serving
